Managing Appointment Requests


This article assumes that you have already Created Appointment Slots and had users Request Appointments.

  1. When a user request an appointment, you will receive an email request for the appointment.
  2. Click Yes to accept the appointment, or click No to reject the appointment.
  3. An Accept or Decline email will automatically be sent to the user that requested the appointment.
    • As with normal emails, you can reply to the emailed appointment request and the message will go directly to the user that requested the appointment.
  4. The appointment slot will be filled on the Appointment Slots calendar, and the appointment will appear on your calendar.
