Launching Hangouts Video Conferencing from a Calendar Event

This article assumes that you have already Created a Calendar Event, Invited Guests, and Added a Hangouts Call to a Calendar Event.

1. Go to calendar.google.com and sign into your Beloit account.
2. Right click on the event with the Hangouts video conference call.
3. In the pop-up menu, click Join Meeting.
4. The Hangouts call will launch in a new browser tab/window.
5. Once the Hangouts window is up, click the green Join button at the bottom of the Hangouts window to join the call.
