Working Hours


In Google Calendar, you can set up working hours to let others know what times you're working and when you're available for meetings. When work hours are set up, anyone who tries to schedule you for an event outside of that time period will be given a warning and the option to select a different time. 

  1. Go to calendar.google.com and sign into your Beloit account.
  2. Click on the gear icon located near the top right of the screen. Go to your settings.
  3. On the left, under "General," click Working hours.
  4. In the "Working hours" section, select Enable working hours.
  5. Select the days you work and set the times you are available.
