Google Calendar has a function that allows a calendar owner to create slots for appointments. Appointment Slots can be set for varying durations and can also be set to repeat. Appointment slot availability can be shared with guests directly via a web link, allowing users to self-select and signup for appointments. The appointment link can also be used on a webpage or in an email signature. Appointment Slots are a good solution for: office hours, advising appointment, room/space booking, or other meetings where user self-selection would be desired.
