Event Notifications


 Google Calendar users can get reminders in the form of Emails or Notifications to easily remember an event. To make changes to the default Notification settings follow the steps given below.  

  1. Go to calendar.google.com and sign into your Beloit account.
  2. Click on the event for which you would like to turn on change the notification settings, then click the Edit (Pencil) icon to edit.
  3. Under Event Details, locate Notifications beside the bell icon. 
  4. Select whether you want the reminder to be in the form of an Email or a Notification.     
  5.  Select the amount of Minutes, Hours, Days or Weeks, prior to the event you would like to receive a reminder.      
  6. Click on Save at the top right of the window. 

You will now receive a reminder according to the set details prior to the event.
