Inviting Guests to a Calendar Event


This article assumes that you have already Created a Calendar Event.

  1. Go to calendar.google.com and sign into your Beloit account.
  2. Click on the event you created, and click the Edit (Pencil) icon to edit.
  3. Add guests by to your event entering their names/emails in the Guest sidebar on the right side of the Calendar window.
  4. After you enter all of the guests, click the blue Save button to send out Google Calendar invites. 

Now that you have added guests, you may want to attach documents or book a room.
