Reuse a Past Course

It is possible to re-use the materials, format, and setup of a previously created Moodle course. If moving content between different Moodle sites, you can create a backup file of the old course and restore that file to a new, empty course shell. If you need to move content from one Moodle course to another on the same Moodle site, you can use the Import function to save time. LITS Moodle administrators recommend making a full backup of each of your courses at the end of the semester/term and retaining them for future use.
