Beloit College's Papercut print management software allows users to login to print devices to print, scan, copy, and fax in multiple ways.  One method of login is via your printing PIN code.  If you do not know your printing PIN code, you may utilize either of the lookup methods below to obtain it.

LITS maintains a web PIN lookup tool.  This site is accessible via any web browser.  To lookup your PIN with the web lookup tool:

1. Navigate to https://itweb.beloit.edu/pin/

2. Enter your Beloit College account credentials.

   • Username should be the first part of your email address, before the “@beloit.edu”.

3. The site will lookup and display your PIN number above the login box.

Once you have your printing PIN, you are ready to login to a printer and release print jobs from the queue.

The Papercut user dashboard contains a copy of your printing PIN code.  The Beloit Papercut User Dashboard is accessible via any web browser.  To access the PIN code via Papercut:

1. Navigate to https://www.papercut.beloit.edu

2. Enter your Beloit College account credentials.

   • Username should be everything before the @beloit.edu.

3. Click on the Show button in the Card/ID section on the top left corner of the Account Summary page.

4. The site will then display your PIN number in the Card/ID section.

Once you have your printing PIN, you are ready to login to a printer and release print jobs from the queue.
