Beloit College uses the Google Workspace for Education platform for email, calendaring, productivity, and collaboration. Google Workspace accounts are created automatically for students as part of the enrollment and registration process, and for faculty and staff during the HR hiring process. Beloit College alumni are also able to request an account through the Advancement Office’s Alumni Relations site.
To access campus Google Workspace applications, navigate to gmail.com and use your Beloit account credentials to log in via the campus SSO. Gmail will be displayed by default, but other Google Workspace applications can easily be accessed from the app launcher in the upper-right corner.
