Microsoft Office 2019 is a suite of office productivity applications for Windows and MacOS. The Office applications include software for notetaking, word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, email, communication, and more. Popular applications include Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and OneNote. Microsoft does not develop all applications for both operating systems.

Beloit College has a site license for the Microsoft Office Suite of applications that allows any of the software applications to be installed on College-owned computers. The basic suite is installed on computers in campus classrooms, computer labs, public computing spaces and faculty and staff computers. Visio and Project can be installed by request - email support@beloit.edu for more information.

Faculty, staff, student, and alumni personal computers are not covered under the site license.
