This article assumes that you have already Created a Calendar Event.
- Go to calendar.google.com and sign into your Beloit account.
- Click on the event you created, and click the Edit (Pencil) icon to edit.
- Add guests by to your event entering their names/emails in the Guest
- sidebar on the right side of the Calendar window.
- After you enter all of the guests, click the blue Save button to send out
- Google Calendar invites.
Now that you have added guests, you may want to attach documents or book a room.
