  1. Go to calendar.google.com and sign into your Beloit account.
  2. Click on the event you created, and click the Pencil icon to edit.
  3. Add guests by entering their names/emails in the Guest section on the right side of the Calendar window.
  4. After you enter all of the guests, click the blue Save button to send out google calendar invites.
