This article assumes that you have already Created Appointment Slots and had users Request Appointments.
- When a user request an appointment, you will receive an email request for the appointment.
- Click Yes to accept the appointment.Click , or click No to reject the appointment.
- An Accept or Decline email will automatically be sent to the user that requested the appointment.
- As with normal emails, you can reply to the emailed appointment request and the message will go directly to the user that requested the appointment.
- The appointment slot will be filled on the Appointment Slots calendar, and the appointment will appear on your calendar.
