Creating a Google Calendar event blocks off dedicated time on your calendar for a meeting or event.

  1. Go to calendar.google.com and sign into your Beloit account.

  2. Click the red + button in the bottom left of the Calendar window.

  3. Fill in the details of your event.

  4. Click the blue Save button. 

  5. The new event will now appear on your calendar at the times/dates that you specified.

Now that you have created an event, you may want to attach documents, book a room, or invite guests.
