  1. Go to calendar.google.com and sign into your Beloit account.
  2. Click on the event you created, then click the Pencil icon to edit.
  3. To add notes, enter text into the add description text box.
  4. To attach a document(s), click on the Paperclip (located at the top of the text box). This will connect you to your Google Drive, where you can select any document or file you own.
