Logging in to your phone

Follow the steps given below to login into your Mitel desk phone: 

  1. Press Hot Desk softkey (softkeys are located below the phone display).

  2. Press the Login softkey.

  3. Enter your extension number.

  4. Press Enter softkey.

  5. Enter your PIN

    1. If this is the first time you are logging in, use the default PIN of 1234. Once logged in, complete the VM set up and input a new personal PIN.  Your new VM PIN will become your Hot Desk login pin moving forward as well.

  6. Press Enter softkey.
