Overview
Individual faculty or staff who have a need to use Adobe products on their college-owned or personal devices may be assigned a Personal Adobe ID. A Personal Adobe ID is an individual Adobe account registered using your Beloit College email address. This Adobe ID will allow you to install the full Creative Cloud suite on your own devices, as well as log in to Adobe Creative Cloud on public lab computers that have Adobe products installed. See the top of the Company or School Adobe ID page for a list of labs that offer the Creative Cloud suite.
Adobe's licensing allows for Personal Adobe ID users to install Creative Cloud on as many computers as they would like, with the restriction that they can only be logged into a maximum of two devices at any given time. Logging into more than two devices will sign out a previously signed in device to enforce this rule.

Obtaining a Personal Adobe ID
Beloit College faculty and staff who have a need to install and use Adobe Creative Cloud products on their own individual devices should contact LITS Support for more information on requesting individual access with an Adobe ID.

Logging Out of Creative Cloud
Adobe ID users do not need to log out of Creative Cloud on personal devices, but should log out of the service when using Creative Cloud on a public lab computer. When you are finished using an Adobe product on a lab computer, you can simply log out of the computer in order to sign out of Creative Cloud. Optionally, you can manually log out with the following steps:
Click on the Creative Cloud desktop app icon in the system tray to open the Creative Cloud app, or open the app from the Applications folder or Start menu.
Click the light blue Profile icon at the upper-right corner of the window.
Choose Sign Out from the popup menu.
If you have problems logging into an Adobe product, please see Troubleshooting Login Issues or contact LITS Support.
