If you use a college-owned workstation


On a PC:

  1. Connect to the campus network:

  2. On your keyboard, press CTRL + ALT + DEL.

  3. Click Change a password.

  4. Enter your old password, then enter and verify your new password and click the arrow button to submit your new password.

On a Mac:

  1. Connect to the campus network:

  2. Click the Jamf Connect icon at the top of the screen in your menu bar near the clock.

  3. Click Change Password.

  4. Enter your old password, then enter and verify your new password and click Change Password.

Be sure to update your password on other devices (such as your phone, tablets, or other computers) if you use them to log into BCNet or your Beloit Gmail, to avoid your account being locked out due to invalid login attempts.

If you do not have a college-owned workstation


Note

Faculty and Staff members who are assigned a college workstation should avoid changing passwords using these instructions, and instead follow the instructions for PCs or for Macs to change the password from their workstation.

  1. Sign in to password.beloit.edu with your Beloit username and password.

  2. Re-enter your current password to verify your identity and click Submit.

  3. Click Change Password.

  4. Enter your current password, then enter and confirm your new password and click Update.

    • Passwords must be at least 8 characters.

  5. Click Go to My Apps at the bottom right corner of the page to return to the My Apps page, or click your username at the top-right. and choose Log Out.
