Overview
MI 207 is a general-use classroom located on the second floor of Morse-Ingersoll Hall. Instructional technology in this space includes a pull-down projection screen, ceiling-mounted projector and a small an a/v cart lectern housing a classroom computer, Blu-Ray player, speaker and connections for a laptop.

Projecting the built-in computer
:- Turn the projector ON using Press the Power button on the projector remote to activate the projector.
- Turn the computer ON using the Press the Power button on the upper right corner of the computer to boot the unit.
- Once the projector display comes up, press the Computer 1 button on the remote to display the computer.
- Audio volume can be adjusted on the computer using the speaker icon in the taskbar (lower right corner near the clock) or by using the audio adjustment dials on the front of the speaker.
- When you are finished using the equipment, please power down all components.

Projecting from a laptop
:- Connect the laptop VGA cable or the HDMI cable from the top of the podium to the corresponding port on your laptop.
- Mac laptops and mobile devices may require a display adapter (example below).
- Turn the projector ON using the Press the Power button on the projector remote to activate the projector.
- Once the projector display comes up, press the Press the source button that corresponds with the video cable you are using, either DVI-I 3 (for VGA) or HDMI 6 button (depending upon which cable you plugged into your laptop) on the remote.
- For audio, plug the 3.5mm audio cable on the top of the rack into the headphone port on your laptop.
- Audio volume can be adjusted on the computer using the speaker icon in the taskbar or by using the audio adjustment dials on the front of the speaker.
- When you are finished using the equipment, please power down all components.

- Press the Eject button on the unit.Insert your Blu-Ray disc or DVD.Once the projector display comes up, press player to insert your disc, then press the Eject button again to close the tray.
- Press the Video 4 source button on the remote to display the Blu-Ray player.
- Control the video using Blu-Ray player remote.
- Use the Audio volume can be adjusted using the control knobs on the front of the speakers to adjust volume, treble and bass to the desired levelspeaker.
- When you are finished using the equipment, please power down all components.
- Don’t forget to eject your disc!
