Follow the steps given below to print a Drive file with comments as anonymous.

The Google Doc will be downloaded as an HTML file to your computer. The comments will appear as footnotes.

Note: the comments will appear as anonymous.

Make sure that All Markup is selected. (It is located beside Track Changes.)
Make sure that Comments is selected in Markup options.
