Deleting or Restoring Files in a Team Drive


Warning

If you delete files in Team Drive, you are deleting them for everyone. The files will be located in the trash for 30 days . They can be restored unless they are permanently deleted. 

To delete a file in a Team Drive, follow these steps. 

  1. Go to drive.google.com and sign into your Beloit account.
  2. Open your Team Drive.
  3. Right click on the file you want to rid of and select Delete for Everyone.
  4. Confirm that you want to delete it. 

To restore a file that was deleted,

  1.  Open your Team Drive. Go to your Trash section. 
  2. Right click on the file you want to restore. Select Restore. The file will be instantly restored.
