Library Grievance Policy
The Patron Grievance Policy addresses patron concerns regarding library services, materials, procedures, policies, and conduct. LITS staff will respond to issues as quickly and fairly as possible. A patron may request to file a written grievance if the issue cannot be resolved by completing the Patron Grievance Form available at the Library InfoDesk. The Library Director will review the completed Grievance Form and respond to the complaint. Other college, state, or federal policies may apply.
