  1. Make sure your ethernet cable is connected to your computer or dock.

  2. Navigate to control panel > Network and Internet > Network Status (for a shortcut, right-click on the internet access symbol on the bottom right corner of your screen)

  3. Select Ethernet from the menu on the left

  4. Select beloit.edu or its.beloit.edu (the one that is connected)

  5. Scroll down to the bottom to find the Physical address (MAC)

  6. At the bottom of the windows, the device's MAC address will be listed next to "Wi-Fi address"

  2. Click the status area, where your account picture appears

  3. Click the section that says Connected to (and the name of your network)

  4. At the top of the box that appears, pick beloit.edu or its.beloit.edu

  5. In the window that opens, the MAC address is the Hardware address
