Zoom is designed to facilitate meetings and two-way communication between individuals and groups, but some situations may require sharing a meeting with a large number of participants. You may also want to broadcast a meeting for viewers without interruption. There are several options for these situations.

Large meetings
If you have a need to host larger Zoom meetings, you can purchase a Large Meeting account upgrade which increases the number of participants to the following:
Up to 500 participants - $50 per month per account
Up to 1,000 participants - $90 per month per account
These meetings are the same as a normal Zoom meeting, but allow a larger number of participants to join. To purchase a “Large meeting” license, email support@beloit.edu for more information.

Zoom webinars
A Zoom Webinar is a special meeting that grants you additional control over participation of a meeting, allows for interaction with panelists, can require registration, and can allow you to invite attendees who participate in a view-only mode. The cost for a webinar license is related to the number of attendees supported:
Up to 100 participants - $40 per month per account
Up to 500 participants - $140 per month per account
Up to 1,000 participants - $340 per month per account
Up to 3,000 participants - $990 per month per account
Up to 5,000 participants - $2,490 per month per account
Up to 10,000 participants - $6,490 per month per account
